Saving Lives: Emergency Medical Fund

Direct Financial Assistance for Life-Critical Veterinary Care

The Heavenly Orphans Project provides emergency grants for life-saving veterinary procedures. As a Veteran-owned organization, our "No One Left Behind" mission extends to animals in crisis; however, our resources are finite. We bridge the gap between financial hardship and medical necessity to prevent economic euthanasia.

Eligibility & Funding Guidelines

Funding is strictly limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis according to available capital.

  • Urgent Need Only: Grants are reserved for life-threatening emergencies and critical surgeries, not routine care.
  • Application Required: Assistance is not guaranteed. Applicants must submit a detailed account of the medical emergency along with a formal estimate from a licensed veterinarian.
  • Case-by-Case Review: Each story is reviewed for impact and urgency. Decisions are final and based solely on current fund availability.

Submit a Funding Request

  1. Pet Owner/Shelter Name
  2. Veterinary Clinic Information
  3. Diagnosis & Urgent Timeline
  4. Estimated Cost of Treatment
  5. The Story (Detailed Narrative)

Submission of a request does not guarantee funding. Applications are reviewed based on clinical urgency and the current balance of our emergency reserves. We do not provide reimbursements for bills already paid. All payments are made directly to the treating veterinary facility upon approval.
