The Continuum of Care (CoC) program serves as the “front door” to homelessness services nationwide. By reaching out to your local CoC, you can access resources such as shelter, housing, and support serviceTo find your community’s CoC, visit the HUD CoC Program page or the HUD Exchange CoC page. After entering an address, click on the map to locate contact information for your area’s CoC.
